Donors give generously to Barrow Neurological Foundation

Barrow Neurological Institute has a rich history with benefactors at its core.

It was through the generosity of Charles Barrow that Barrow was established in 1960. And it is through ongoing community support that it has continued to grow into a world-renowned neurological institution.

Today, our benefactors touch so many areas of Barrow:

  • They fund promising new research designed to improve patient care, such as the Marguerite Clark Hobbs Ruptured Aneurysm Trial.
  • They support medical education for young doctors and nurses, including establishing the Barrow Women’s Board Scholarship for nursing education and the Harold and Jean Grossman Israeli Fellowship Program at Barrow Neurological Institute.
  • They provide technology that is revolutionizing medical education, such as the leading-edge TelePresence suite video-conferencing system.
  • They fund the creation of such facilities as our state-of-the-art Barrow Neuroscience Tower and Barrow Children’s Cleft and Craniofacial Center.

On the following pages, you can read more amazing stories of our benefactors—why they chose to give and how they have supported Barrow. To learn more about how you can give, call Barrow Neurological Foundation at 602-406-3041.
