Annual Report 2015
All Gifts, Large and Small
St. Joseph’s Foundation and Barrow Neurological Foundation experienced an exceptional year of growth and development last year. We grew our team, stepped up our fundraising efforts and increased our collaboration with physicians and staff to better understand patient needs.
But the most significant change came from you, our donor. The number of individuals and organizations contributing to Barrow Neurological Foundation and /or St. Joseph’s Foundation grew tremendously during Fiscal Year 2015. The foundations experienced an 8 percent growth in the total number of gifts contributing to our healing mission in 2015 as compared to the year before.
Our donors, making gifts that ranged from $1 to $1 million, contributed $20,781,146 to St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and Barrow Neurological Institute — funds that are now being invested in clinical care, biomedical research and medical education for improved patient care.
You are an integral part of a remarkable story that was repeated 8,080 times last year.
Each and every gift, from the smallest to the largest, demonstrated a self less love of others and a belief in people who care through medical progress. When combined, these contributions enabled us to reach a level of giving that would have been unattainable otherwise.
Thank you for supporting our important mission of healing.
The foundations honor each donor’s intent by using restricted gifts only for their designated purpose.
