Barrow Grand Ball
Each year the Barrow Grand Ball celebrates the philanthropic achievements of the Women’s Board of the Barrow Neurological Foundation. Founded in 1965 to raise money for research at Barrow Neurological Institute, the Women’s Board has evolved into one of the most successful fundraising entities in the Valley and the largest donor to Barrow. In 2020, the Women’s Board raised $8.3 million for Barrow.
Consisting of more than 300 of the Valley’s most well-known leaders and philanthropists, the Barrow Grand Ball is an invitation-only black-tie event traditionally held at the Arizona Biltmore. However, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, The 2021 Barrow Grand Ball, A Grand Toast to Barrow will be held in a new virtual format for guests to enjoy from the comfort and safety of their own home.
As in years past, donations from the Ball will supported medical research for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, brain tumors, aneurysms, migraines, concussions, stroke, degenerative disc disease, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s, ALS, and many other neurological disorders.
