Dan Burns served for over ten years as CEO of EXOS, where he currently sits on the board as Executive Chairman. EXOS, formerly Athletes’ Performance, was solely an elite athlete service-based human performance provider and, under his leadership, successfully evolved to integrate technology with methodology and coaching, driving personalized employee program engagement and measurable health outcomes for high-level employers. During his tenure, EXOS grew from under $10,000,000 to over $170,000,000 in revenue.
Mr. Burns currently serves as a General Partner of the Sonoran Founders Fund, a Partner of Monsoon Ventures, and sits on several additional business boards. He also serves as an Associate Faculty and Advisory Board Member at Arizona State University’s Allan “Bud” Selig Master of Sports Law and Business Program.
Mr. Burns earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College, graduating magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in Scottsdale with his wife and two children.
