Earl Petznick Jr.

Earl Petznick Jr. is the President and CEO of Northside Hay Company, a third-generation, family-owned agricultural enterprise. Born and raised in Phoenix, he grew up in a family that valued service and philanthropy, instilling in him a strong sense of responsibility to give back.

Since 1998, he has served on the Men’s Board of Directors at Fresh Start, a local nonprofit founded by his family. Mr. Petznick has provided guidance as a board member of nonprofit organizations and strategic initiatives throughout Arizona, focusing on education, health care, and environmental conservation. Mr. Petznick earned a BS in Business Administration from Point Loma College. His leadership in the agriculture industry distinguishes his professional journey. He has served and led the Arizona Cattle Feeders’ Association and the National Cattlemen’s Association, among many others. He loves to golf and migrates seasonally between Arizona and North Idaho with his wife, Melinda.
