Shannon Mishkin

Shannon grew up in Paradise Valley, moved to Paris and then New York City after graduating from college. She moved home to Arizona 13 years ago after marrying her husband Keith. They are part of the Biltmore community and have two children.

Shannon’s professional background is in marketing and public relations, with a focus on event planning. She started out at Bear Stearns in New York, and ultimately worked as a director of sales and marketing for the Cipriani Companies. Upon getting married and moving back to Arizona, Shannon became more involved in philanthropy, founding Barrow Beyond in 2012 after serving on a committee to raise funds for Dr. Spetzler’s Legacy Fund. Barrow Beyond began as grassroots effort to raise money for research and clinical trials at Barrow Neurological Institute.
