We`re thrilled to announce the unveiling of our newest art exhibition, made possible through a partnership between Barrow Neurological Foundation and the Phoenix Airport Museum at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The Foundation`s Art Council worked closely with Haley Hinds, curator of the Phoenix Airport Museum, to select impactful works by local artists from the museum’s extensive collection to be exhibited within the Barrow Neuroplex located on the Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center campus.

New article alert! Shafeeq Lahda, MD, director of the Gregory W. Fulton ALS and Neuromuscular Disease Center at Barrow Neurological Institute, highlights the transformative power of philanthropy in an article from Neurology Today. ⬇️
He describes the beginnings of the now esteemed Center, remarking that, "The clinic was very small; we didn`t have great resources; we had a very bare bones team; we didn`t really have any translational research to offer patients." Now, through the support of generous donors, the Center has a world-renowned research program and is the largest ALS clinic west of the Mississippi River. We are incredibly grateful for donor support that makes this possible.

Last month, the Ivy Brain Tumor Center hosted friends and family of Ray Rodey to unveil the naming of the staff break room on the Ivy Center’s 5th floor, dedicated to his memory.
Ray passed away 12 years ago after facing glioblastoma. He worked at Nathan & Associates and was known for his warmth, positivity, and ability to make others feel loved, qualities that continue to leave a lasting impact.
Thanks to the efforts of Carrie Hall and the Friends of Ray Rodey, nearly $200,000 was raised in his honor. The event included heartfelt stories and remarks celebrating Ray’s life and legacy.
We are pleased to announce that through the support of our generous donor community, Barrow Neurological Foundation concluded its 2025 fiscal year raising $28.17 million in gifts! 🙌 Through these efforts, the Foundation transferred $23.05 million to Barrow Neurological Institute to support research, community outreach, education and fellowships, and endowments.
